Brighton & Hove Albion have agreed personal terms with AIK's highly-rated teenager Zadok Yohanna as negotiations continue between the clubs over a potential €22-23 million transfer to the Premier League.

According to the Sky News Reporter Florian Pettenberg, Sky Sport reports that the 18-year-old forward has settled on individual contract terms with the English club, marking a significant step toward a move from Sweden's top flight.

AIK confirmed earlier this week that they are in negotiations over selling the promising youngster, with the current offer having a net impact of over 130 million Swedish kronor on the Stockholm club's finances. The Allsvenskan side did not initially name the interested party.

The potential deal represents one of the largest transfers involving a Swedish youth player in recent years. Brighton are expected to submit a formal bid worth between €22-23 million for Yohanna, who has emerged as one of the most exciting prospects in Swedish football.

RB Leipzig had previously shown interest in securing Yohanna's signature but have reportedly withdrawn from negotiations. Sky Sport indicates the German Bundesliga club deemed the transfer fee too expensive for their budget.

The transfer would mark another significant departure from AIK as the club continues to develop and sell talented young players to European leagues, providing crucial revenue for their operations in the Allsvenskan.
