Club history
Mjällby AIF were founded in 1939 in the small fishing village of Hällevik, Blekinge. Despite being one of Swedish football's smallest clubs by budget and catchment area, Mjällby shocked the nation by winning the 2025 Allsvenskan title with a record-breaking 75 points. The club has historically been a yo-yo side between the top two divisions, but their remarkable title-winning campaign proved that passion and smart management can overcome financial limitations.
