Club history

Östersunds FK were founded in 1996 and are one of Sweden's youngest professional clubs. Under Graham Potter's transformative management, ÖFK rose from the fourth tier to the Allsvenskan and remarkably qualified for the Europa League group stage in 2017, defeating Galatasaray and PAOK along the way. Potter went on to manage Brighton and Chelsea. The club's story is one of the most remarkable in Scandinavian football history.
